T.S. (Steve) Marshall, PhD, has 25 years of worldwide, multi-culture executive coaching, facilitation, and training experience. He is the author of two leadership books: Competent Leadership and Leadership Nonnegotiables, and he has written more than thirty leadership and professional development courses – a broad intellectual property base. Steve has also designed curriculum and developed several in-house universities (e.g., MetLife, Citibank, State of Washington, U.S. Customs and Border Protection, Department of Transportation/Volpe Center, Federal Bureau of Investigation). He is experienced in leading and managing multi-year, multi-location, multiple-delivery projects and has consulted, facilitated, and trained executives and staff in the U.S., Australia, England, Germany, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Japan, Philippines, Poland, South Korea, and Singapore.
Steve was formerly full-time faculty at the University of Washington-Tacoma and now teaches part-time at The Evergreen State College in the Master of Public Administration Program. He has written and published many instructional guides and materials that focus on core workplace competencies and is commonly a featured speaker at conferences and workshops
